Our one hour and a half drive up to the Inthanon Royal Project Research Station was very scenic with the breathtaking views of the lower areas often interrupted by the constant low hanging clouds and fogs. The higher we went, the tortuous and winding road became very challenging, but it was comforting to be in a 4-wheel SUV competently driven by our art director.
